QUALIFICATIONS
🎮 Industry Expertise:
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in Direct-to-Consumer, mobile gaming, or ad monetization.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Deep understanding of mobile gaming business models, player engagement strategies, and alternative distribution channels.
📚 Analytical & Technical Skills:
Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics tools, and data visualization.
Experience with web-based commerce, subscriptions, and alternative payment solutions is a strong plus.
Ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data to drive business decisions.
Strong knowledge of mobile ad networks, mediation platforms, and programmatic advertising.
🎮 Game & Ads Monetization Knowledge:
Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior.
Experience working with product or marketing teams to support data-driven strategies for user acquisition, monetization, and player engagement.
Familiarity with live operations and player lifecycle management in gaming.

Your Quest
🎮 Product Strategy & Growth:
Define and execute the Direct-to-Consumer and ads monetization vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive engagement, monetization, and player loyalty.
Partner with game team product managers to seamlessly integrate Direct-to-Consumer products, delivering creative, engaging, and rewarding experiences for players.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop new DTC experiences, including web-based storefronts, direct subscriptions, and alternative payment solutions.
Identify and prioritize product opportunities by leveraging data insights, player feedback, and market trends.
Optimize the player experience across owned channels, ensuring seamless user journeys from discovery to purchase.
Drive the adoption of new ad formats and placements to maximize revenue while ensuring a positive user experience.
📊 Analytics & Insights:
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates, retention, and revenue.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and continuously improve the product.
Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
