QUALIFICATIONS
🎮 Experience & Skills:
7+ years of mobile game UA experience, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
Deep understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, and the mobile advertising landscape.
Expertise in automated bidding and UA automation strategies.
Excellence in strategic planning and budget management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
💡 Additional Traits:
Experience scaling casual and mid-core mobile games.
Familiarity with marketing mix modeling and incremental spend analyses.
Experience with ASO (Apple App Store and Google Play) to optimize app visibility and user acquisition.
A passion for the Jurassic World franchise and excitement for promoting the brand!
🌍 Bilingual Skills:

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Director of User Acquisition to lead Ludia's user acquisition (UA) strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a high-performing UA team to support our game portfolio. By using a data-driven approach, you will maximize ROI while ensuring that our user acquisition efforts are aligned with business objectives and revenue goals. Working closely with Product, Analytics, and Finance, you will help execute high-growth strategies and contribute to the long-term success of our games.

📈 User Acquisition Strategy
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing UA team from the ground up.
Develop and execute UA strategies across multiple channels to align with business objectives and revenue goals.
Set, track, and achieve high performance marketing targets.
💰 Budget & Performance Optimization
Optimize UA budget allocation across channels and titles to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Analytics teams on forecasting and budget planning.
Continuously track performance and optimize spend to achieve key marketing KPIs.
🎨 Creative Strategy & Testing
Drive creative strategy and develop performance testing frameworks for UA campaigns.
Partner with creative teams to ensure compelling ad creatives for all UA efforts.
Monitor trends, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on creative performance.
🤝 Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Product teams on SKAN signal strategies to enhance campaign measurement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key ad partners and vendors.
Collaborate with Analytics on data governance initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and competitor strategies in mobile user acquisition.
