QUALIFICATIONS


🎮 Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role (bonus points if you’ve worked in a creative, fast-paced environment).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with coordinating suppliers, managing inventories, and dealing with multiple tasks at once.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to handle office issues with a positive attitude, acting as the go-to person for problem-solving.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset .

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the HR team and other departments.

  • Enthusiastic about creating a welcoming, engaging environment for the team and fostering a positive office culture.

🌍 Bilingual Skills:

  • Fluent in both French and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams and vendors.


🏢 Please note that this position requires being at the office at least 4 days a week, 5 days when needed.

Your multitasking skills will be your superpower as you handle everything from supply management to assisting with corporate events. Ready to level up our office experience? Your Quest


🎮 Office Organization & Supply Management

  • Take charge of daily organization, supply management, and maintaining all common areas to ensure everything is game-ready for our team.

  • Keep all common areas neat, functional, and stocked, making sure no one is left out of supplies.


🍕 Food Supplies & Orders

  • Be the food supply wizard—manage the office pantry and coordinate with suppliers to ensure our team is always fueled for success.

  • Handle weekly orders for office snacks, drinks, and other provisions so everyone stays energized and ready to collaborate.


🎉 Corporate Events Support

  • Assist with organizing corporate events, whether it's a team-building boss battle or a fun celebration quest.

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure events run smoothly and are aligned with the company culture.


🏢 Building Management & Service Calls

  • Be the go-to contact for building maintenance and coordinate service calls when needed.

  • Keep our workspace functional and comfortable, working with building owners and maintenance teams as required.


📦 Storage & Special Projects

  • Organize storage rooms and keep them clean and efficient. When needed, support special projects like office improvements and reorganization.

  • Assist in special rental improvements to ensure we have the best work environment for our team.


🚚 Point of Contact for Deliveries

  • Handle all incoming deliveries, ensuring items are delivered and distributed accurately, from office supplies to special furniture quests.

  • Coordinate any special orders such as new furniture, office equipment, or supplies to keep our workspaces fresh and functional.


📣 Office Communication & Announcements

  • Be the voice of the office by communicating important updates like office policies and upcoming events.

  • Ensure that office communication remains clear and that everyone stays in the loop about the latest news.
