QUALIFICATIONS
🎮 Industry Expertise:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, particularly within the gaming, mobile apps or e-commerce industries.
Proven experience in business process analysis and live operations in gaming or digital products.
📚 Analytical & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to transform, clean, and analyze data.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Basic understanding of Python or other programming languages to interact with data is a plus
🎮 Game Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of game design principles and micro transactions free to play gaming.
Experience working with product or marketing teams to support data-driven strategies for user acquisition, monetization, and player engagement.
You play mobile games on a regular basis
🌍 Bilingual Skills:
Fluent in both French and English to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

You’ll work with various stakeholders, including executives from finance, marketing, engineering and product teams to produce and facilitate our monthly operation reviews . Your Quest
🎮 Business Strategy & Process Optimization:
Work closely with stakeholders to organize our monthly game operation review meetings
Generate business alignment on the performance of our portfolio
📊 Analytics & Insights:
Build and maintain the reports and dashboards needed to facilitate the delivery and consumption of our portfolio performance analytics
Provide recommendations for business strategies based on data-driven insights, helping leadership make informed decisions
Create presentations that visualize key performance metrics and communicate results to business stakeholders
Transform and refine data to power fast and accurate reports and dashboards
💡 Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Game Design teams to ensure business objectives are met through strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.
Support Ludia’s internal data governance program.
Promote a data-driven approach to decision-making within the company, ensuring all key business players use data insights to shape their strategies
Investigate high priority matters by performing deep root cause analyses
